IDEAL FOR THOSE WHO WANT A SOLUTION TO REACH THE BEACHES AND RESTAURANTS ON FOOT. Nice and comfortable studio apartment WITH BREATHTAKING TERRACE. It has a kitchenette, a delightful small bathroom, a double bed and a sofa bed. PLEASE NOTE: >CHILDRENS AND ANIMALS MUST BE SUPERVISED NEVER LEFT UNATTENDED BY ADULTS BECAUSE THE APARTMENT IS ON THE FOURTH FLOOR (12-15 METERS FROM THE GROUND)
Tourist Tax Information: in the City of Imperia, the tourist tax is euro 2 per person for the first ten nights only and will be payable in cash at check-in. Children under the age of 14 do not pay the tourist tax.
LOCATED IN BORGO MARINA (PORTO MAURIZIO). UNDER THE HOUSE THERE IS EVERYTHING: STORES, BARS, LOCALS, POST OFFICES, BUS STOPS, ETC. ON ARRIVAL YOU CAN PARK THE CAR AND MOVE ON FOOT OR WITH PUBLIC TRANSPORT DURING THE STAY.
