+ the staff went above and beyond with how nice they were, + the rooms were clean and modern, + the TV had Netflix and Wifi worked with no issues, + 2 sets of pillows, one is memory foam - really comfy, + a small balcony, perfect for checking out the weather, + the room has a fridge, coffee maker and a water heater, + black-out curtains and a window that hides all the noise of the loud traffic outside, + perfectly placed ambient lights, with easy access switches, + simple check-in and check-out process. Truly a nice place to stay, everything is brand new and this stay made the whole Napoli experience so so so much better! 😊
