The apartment has been completely renovated on February 2019 and new furniture installed. It is located on the third floor of a bright building in Via Spiaggia. No Elevator. For the months of June, July and August possibility for parking (on request).

Just cross the promenade to be in the wonderful beach of Fondachello Beach. Equipped and free beaches, supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, pizzerias, butchers, pharmacies and various services, all within a radius of 100 meters. Exceptional view that ranges from the sea to the Etna Volcano the highest and most active in Europe, Universal Heritage and UNESCO site. Among the most famous beaches of the East Coast of Sicily, surely c`e` the Fondachello Beach, a long stretch of pebbles of various sizes mixed with coarse sand, which in summer has mostly locals and the many tourists around the world. The sea is clean and usually more fresh than other coasts because of the location that is exposed to winds and currents. On the beach there are many well-equipped bathing establishments and wide open spaces. The seabed slopes quickly and the presence of small fish just a few steps from the shore also offer the possibility to make beautiful diving and snorkelling. Fondachello/Santanna is a classic seaside village, very popular in summer with both local and foreign tourists. All the necessary services are within short distance. The beach offers both equipped areas and free areas. The location is strategic as it is possible to quickly reach all the interesting and tourist sites of Eastern Sicily. During the summer months it is possible to participate in the various parties and festivals organized in the neighboring villages. Saturday is the day of the local market, typical of the area, where it is possible to buy clothes, culinary specialties and much more at low prices.
