Good location near one of the Interbus coach stops, lovely piadina diner downstairs, a few supermarkets nearby. The apartment is not big, but has everything you need for even a bit longer stay - really thoughtful and kind of the host! The area was nice and quiet, in the morning you can hear church bells ringing, which is nice. Also, it was not too difficult to keep in touch with the host, maybe a bit Italian language skills come handy.
