The apartment is located in a very central position, in a quiet residential context. Thanks to line 1 of the Milan underground you can reach all the main points of interest in just a few minutes (central station in 8 minutes and the Duomo in 10 minutes). The spaces are organized in a functional way and are ideal for 2 people. Ideal for tourist stays of a few days or weeks. The signing of the Tourist Lease contract is required, which is mandatory in Italy for stays of less than 30 days. It is used to regularize the rent and confirm the presence of guests in a given period. In Italy it is mandatory to register guests on the portal of the State Police, for this reason identification documents will be requested. All information will be communicated at the time of booking. Facility bookable only by individuals, no companies. Reason: this is a Tourist Lease. It is forbidden to copy and reproduce the contents and images in any form.
