Dimora di Charme è a solo 2 km dal Centro di Peschiera del Garda e quindi dal Lago. Per chi arriva con il treno, puo' raggiungerci facilmente con uno dei taxi che ci sono disponibili fuori dalla stazione, per poi noleggiare bici elettriche (o la Vespa), che su richiesta vi vengono consegnate/ritirate direttamete in struttura. A 1 km si trovano supermercati come Ldl e Conad con parafarmacia.Nei loro parcheggi trovate le colonnine di ricarica se avete l'auto elettrica. Nelle immediate vicinanze trovate anche un distributore di carburante con lavaggio. a 200 mt si può raggiungere anche a piedi un Bar, con giornali e tabacchi, ristorante trattoria,( che è anche un mini market) un Pub con biliardi e freccette, e nel raggio di 500/800 mt si trovano altri ristoranti e agriturismi tipici della zona. a 50 mt dalla struttura si trova anche una fermata di un bus locale del comune di Peschiera che vi porta fino in centro ( la struttura vi può fornire gli orari) la Località Broglie offre tutte le comodità ma nello stesso tempo è anche fuori dal caos che in genere si trova in centro a Peschiera del Garda, sopratutto nei periodi più cool dell’estate.
