Welcome to our 100-year old tiny house recently renovated. Built with stone walls and high-beamed ceilings, this amazingly designed bright studio is beautifully decorated, featuring an ancient stone staircase, 2 granite-made balconies and wooden floor. Suitable for solo travellers or a couple, it is located in the old town at walking distance from beaches, restaurants and cafes. A perfect base for exploring the Lakes District, Val Grande and surroundings, a few kms away from Milan, Turin and Switzerland. The house is located on the 1st floor and consists of a compact well-furnished open-plan studio (37 square meters) with a spacious bathroom, a fully-equipped kitchen area and two balconies. The kitchen is equipped with Italian coffee maker, fridge and freezer, gas cooker and oven, cutlery, dishware, cookware and basic cooking utensils. The sofa-bed (double French bed, 140 x 200 cm) is covered with two memory foam mattress topper for extra comfort, and a choice of pillows. Freshly laundered bed linen and cotton towels are provided too. The space is serviced by free Wi-Fi band and has an office corner. A wardrobe with coat hangers and a chest of drawers is also available.

The Tiny House is located in the historical centre area of the village of Mergozzo at walking distance from everything – lake, beaches, restaurants, cafes and shops. Everything is just a stone's throw away. Mergozzo (2,200 inhabitants) makes a good base for exploring the Lakes District of Piedmont region, with Italy’s most beautiful lakes, Maggiore and Orta, and the amazing mountains of Ossola Valley and Val Grande nationalpark, at the border with Switzerland.
