Bright and welcoming apartment with 2 balconies - one of which is covered and extremely spacious - located in Lierna, in a semi-central position, just 10 minutes walk from the Lierna marina! Lierna is a delightful village on the Lario perfect for a relaxing, seaside or sporting stay and renowned for the Riva Bianca beach, with white pebbles and bathed by always clear and calm waters! On the other side of the bay there is Riva Scura with a nautical center with boat rental! The 105m2 apartment is located on the first floor of a building without a lift. It has an external, unattended assigned parking space. The apartment boasts 2 balconies: the first is very spacious, covered and equipped with table and chairs. The other 7m2 balcony is accessible from the double bedroom. Internally the apartment is composed of: -LIVING AREA with double sofa bed, Smart TV, dining table and access to the covered balcony. -KITCHEN with induction hob, dishwasher, traditional oven, microwave, kettle, fridge, freezer, toaster -BEDROOM I with double bed and access to the second balcony -BEDROOM II with 2 single beds (possibly joinable into a double bed) -BATHROOM with bidet and shower cubicle Additional services available to guests: WIFI, fans, washing machine, independent heating, parking with assigned parking space. Please note: NO A/C Please note that assistance for any problems related to self check-in is possible until 9.30 pm: after this time, assistance is not guaranteed even by telephone.
