Privately as well as on business I travel a lot. This gave me the opportunity to get to know foreign countries, people and culture. The residence is located in Marciaga near the famous 18-hole golf course + 9 Executive 'Ca degli Ulivi'. The riding school, just a few steps away from the farm, offers riding lessons for young and old also in English. In 2024, construction work could begin on some cottages just outside the residences. Lake Garda and the town of Garda are about three kilometres away. Costermano is only. Nearby, between rural villages and beautiful villas, in an environment with lush Mediterranean vegetation, you can enjoy pleasant walks, bike rides and horseback rides on various paths and trails in absolute symbiosis with the surrounding countryside. Services, supermarkets and restaurants are located in Garda and Costermano. Lake Garda, with its famous tourist destinations such as San Zeno di Montagna and Torri del Benaco, as well as Bardolino, Lazise and Peschiera, are within easy reach and should not be missed even if you stop for an ice cream or a glass of wine. The hinterland of Lake Garda with its typical Mediterranean "macchia" offers peace and relaxation. On the hills in front of Lake Garda, where the residence is, a pleasant breeze refreshes the hot summer evenings.
