Cozy apartment of 107 sqm, can accommodate up to 6 people, located on the fourth floor of a building with lift (NOT suitable for disabled people - steps to access). The location is great as a starting point to visit the area, nearby are the bus stops and the Station of Como Borghi. The accommodation is equipped with every comfort including a balcony The interior space is organized as follows: - LIVING ROOM with dining table, sofa, TV and access to the balcony; - KITCHEN with gas hob, refrigerator with freezer, moka coffee maker, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, kitchen utensils, wine glasses and dining table; - BEDROOM I with double bed. - BEDROOM II with two single beds, wardrobe and access to balcony; - BATHROOM with bathtub/shower, washbasin, bidet and WC; - BALCONY with table. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, central heating, washing machine, drying rack, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. PLEASE NOTE: steps to reach the lift. NO A/C.

The apartment is very close to the Como-Borghi railway station, from which trains leave to Saronno and Milan and It is located 2,7km from the dock from which boats and hydrofoils leave. Como has an interesting medieval historic center (Walled City - "Città Murata") and some valuable monuments from various historical periods, such as Duomo, Teatro Sociale, Palazzo del Popolo, Villa Olmo. A series of monuments and sculptures embellish a lively lakefront and the Brunate funicular leads to one of the most spectacular viewpoints in the area, from where you can admire the lake and even see, on clearer days, the "Madonnina" of the Milan Cathedral. From Como you can easily explore the lake, with its intact towns and beaches, as well as the magnificent gardens of the patrician villas.
