Cozy apartment of 52 sqm, able to accommodate up to 4 people, located on the first floor of a building without elevator. The property is located in Luni Mare, in an area rich in services, a short distance from the beaches of Marinella di Sarzana. The accommodation also becomes an excellent base to reach Lerici (13 KM) and La Spezia (21 Km). Availability of a parking space reserved for guests. The interior space is organized as follows: - LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (gas hob, fridge, moka coffee maker, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, oven, microwave, toaster and kitchen utensils), double sofa bed, dining table, TV and access to the terrace; - BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk; - BATHROOM with shower, washbasin, bidet and WC; - COVERED TERRACE with awning and furnished with a table. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, independent heating, portable fan, drying rack, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Availability of a parking space reserved for guests - ideal for standard cars. NO vans and NO vans. PLEASE NOTE: the building has no elevator - the apartment is on the first floor. The apartment is located in Luni Mare, a hamlet of Luni, the easternmost Ligurian town. In a few minutes by car or with a short walk, it is possible to reach the beaches of Marinella di Sarzana on one side and the Archaeological Museum of Luni on the other, which houses various archaeological finds of ​​the ancient Roman city of Luna. The characteristic villages of Nicola and Ortonovo, other hamlets of Luni, are also worth a visit. Also 350 meters from the apartment there is the LUNI MARE SPORTING CLUB where inside there is a swimming pool, tennis facilities, beach tennis, beach volleyball, soccer and a multipurpose facility used for various activities such as skating, hockey and more. It has a gym where fitness classes are held. The location of the property is also strategic to reach La Spezia and the wonderful beaches of Lerici.
