House finished for renovation end of July 2022 . We do not have direct access to the sea. Luxury finishes. Central air conditioning in all rooms . 3 bathrooms with 3 showers. The house sleeps 7 people. outdoor showers with washbasin for rinsing sea equipment. Nice outdoor furniture everywhere in the large garden above the cycle-pedestrian promenade (lungomare europa) creating numerous points of contemplation, meditation, relax. Digital piano. 3 private uncovered parking spaces. Maximum comfort, silence and tranquillity even during peak periods . We are on a very quiet private road and in front of the house there is only the sea and the bicycle path. We are 50 metres from the Orizzonte saltwater swimming pool, ideal for children and for socialising. Otherwise ideal for those who want to escape from the chaos. From here you can reach everything by bicycle along the cycle/pedestrian path. The garden has old plants. We have 2 tables outside and one inside. Kitchen and beds with induction hob, refrigerator, fridge, large sink, washer-dryer. Sliding wood outdoor windows and doors.
Hello, we like very much nature and travelling with my family. We have been travelling quite a lot. We appreciate very much hospitality, friendliness and comfort, especially when staying at private houses around the world. I hope you will be able to find all these at Cookinis in Varazze Our life motto: See the world before you leave it!
We are at piani di invrea and in the quietest and most prestigious area next Varazze. The house has nothing in front of it except the sea. The location is unique, nothing to envy to houses The sea is very clean and fishy, as you can see from the photos all the boats come to swim right in front of the house. Baia del corvo beach is at 10 minutes walking ( 1km), baia naturista at 350metri.
