Property information

The apartment boasts a strategic position: a few minutes by metro from the historic center of Milan and the Central Station; Just 1 km from the Niguarda Hospital and the Bicocca University. The M5 metro line, just 50 meters away, will allow you to reach any point of interest in the city, including the San Siro stadium. This large apartment (with two bedrooms and two bathrooms) is perfect for two couples or families, even traveling with baby sitters who need their own room. The apartment is located in an internal street and for this reason it is very quiet, also thanks to the new double glazed windows. It has been recently renovated with the aim of giving it a touch of modernity. The entrance door overlooks the living area with a large living room on the left and kitchen on the right, equipped with everything needed for cooking. There is a gas hob, fridge, freezer, oven and coffee pod machine. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, both with large wardrobes, and two bathrooms equipped with sink, toilet, bidet and shower cubicle. Guests have access to hand, body and shampoo soap. In the main bathroom there is a washer-dryer and hairdryer. Other services included include high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV and heating. The air conditioning is currently only located in the living room and corridor (just outside the two bedrooms). The signing of the Tourist Rental contract is required, which is mandatory in Italy for stays of less than 30 days. It is used to regularize the rent and confirm the presence of guests in a given period. In Italy it is mandatory to register guests on the State Police portal, for this reason documents will be asked for. Please communicate 36 hours in advance if you want two separate beds (additional charge required). All information will be communicated at the time of booking.
