Cozy and modern apartment with AIR CONDITIONING overlooking the historic center of Sestri Levante just 200 meters from the sea and five minutes from the Baia del Silenzio beach. All the shops, bars and restaurants of the center will be within walking distance of you. In addition to visiting Sestri, you can reach all the towns of the Gulf of Tigullio with short journeys such as Portofino or Santa Margherita Ligure up to the Cinque Terre which are less than an hour away. Given the presence of stairs, the apartment is NOT suitable for people with mobility difficulties.

Hi, we are PMC, managers of holiday homes in the Gulf of Tigullio and beyond! We provide the check-in service by our professional staff: he or she will contact you to arrange your arrival time, show you the house and hand over the keys. You can contact them or us directly for any information or need. In fact, during your stay we will be at your disposal. Bed linen and towels are provided by us and included in the price. Check out will normally be done by 10 am. ATTENTION: We CANNOT issue invoices or any type of tax receipt so if you are traveling for work before booking our apartment, make sure you can use the Booking receipt for your expenses. POSSIBILE EXTRA FEES: 1) Tourist Taxes In the period from 1 March to 31 October, the municipality of Sestri Levante applies a tourist tax of 2 euros/day per person (up to 10 nights). Minors up to their twelfth birthday are exempt. 2) Additional people to those declared: we usually ask 10 euros per night for each additional person. 3) Check-in and Check-out outside the allowed hours is often granted, by prior agreement and paying an extra cost of euro 30 to the person who will take care of the check-in (18-21 hours), for later times, if it is possible for we organize, the figure could be higher. The city tax is MANDATORY and must be collected CASH AT THE MOMENT OF THE ARRIVAL regardless of your guide on the house, services and stay.

The house is located in the street that is the entrance to the famous "caruggio centrale" of Sestri, the characteristic heart street of the HISTORICAL CENTER of the city up to the beach of the Baia del Silenzio, just five minutes away on foot. Surrounded by the best shops, restaurants and bars, you will have ALL that Sestri has to offer right next to you. You will find everything in a walking distance. There are a lot of interesting cities and places to visit in a close distance, easily reachable by car or train ( train station is 550 m from the apartment). Toward the direction of Genova, you will find Tigullio, Santa Margarita or Portofino. In the opposite direction, you can visit Moneglia, Levanto and the gorgeous Cinque Terre in less than an hour! For hiking lovers, there are numerous tracks in the surrounding nature where you can enjoy breathtaking panoramic views.
