Nice two-room apartment on the Alpe di Siusi, in Castelrotto (BZ), is the ideal accommodation for those looking for a comfortable apartment to stay in Alto-Adige/South Tyrol. The property can accommodate up to 4 people and consists of a bedroom with double bed, a living area with sofa bed, flat screen TV, well-equipped kitchenette, dining table with access to the private terrace and a bathroom with shower. The holiday home, located on the first floor of a 2-storey building, offers every kind of comfort: Wi-Fi, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Downstairs in the building you'll find a useful storage room for skis and bicicles.

Neighbourhood information

The town of Castelrotto is among the 20 most beautiful villages in Italy and fits wonderfully into the stunning natural landscape of the Alpe di Siusi holiday area. In addition to the beautiful historic center, characterized by one of the highest bell towers in South Tyrol, it boasts many shops, restaurants and bars. Directly above Castelrotto is Alpe Marinzen, the ideal starting point for numerous hiking trails in the Sciliar area, reachable via a beautiful footpath or chairlift located a stone's throw from the house. A few minutes by car, or by frequent buses, you can reach the cable car that leads to the Alpe di Siusi, the largest plateau in Europe. This corner of paradise in the heart of the Dolomites offers numerous activities suitable for all ages in both winter and summer. In summer, meadows in bloom, the unmistakable sound of the cowbells of grazing cows and numerous horses await you. In winter, the Alpe is the kingdom for winter sports enthusiasts with its 60 km of ski slopes, 80 km of cross-country ski runs, a snow park and numerous toboggan runs. In the numerous huts you can also taste the typical South Tyrolean specialties.
