From our elegant and comfortable apartment, complete with all comforts, you can visit the most beautiful places in Rome, together with family or friends, with a pleasant walk, by bicycle, scooter or bus. You will stay behind the Olympic Theatre, a stone's throw from the Auditorium and Maxxi and a few minutes from Piazza del Popolo, the Vatican and Castel Sant'Angelo. 10 beds in 5 double bedrooms, two large bathrooms, a kitchen and two balconies.
I love my city and I hope it becomes more and more welcoming and comfortable for my guests. I am a sailing and regatta enthusiast. I deal with communication and Art Direction. I have organized sailing holidays for twenty years, traveling almost all the seas in the world. I love the relationship with people and guests who I have brought with me on many adventures. Now I dedicate myself to my two children, aged three and four, and I welcome anyone who wants to come to Rome to experience a few days of relaxation and culture.
Flaminio, an elegant and residential neighborhood dedicated to culture, music, theater and science, a few steps from the historic centre. A few meters away you will find the Olympic Theatre, the swimming stadium, the Olympic stadium, the Maxxi, the Guido Reni District, the Music Auditorium, the Bowling stadium, the Sports hall, the stadium where the Tennis Internationals are held of Rome, the Tiber river. By bicycle or scooter you can reach the Vatican City, Castel Sant'Angelo, Trevi Fountain, Piazza di Spagna, Via Veneto, as well as large parks such as Villa Borghese, Villa Ada, Villa Glori and the Pincio. You will be able to get around thanks to the sharing of bicycles, scooters, electric and petrol cars. The light metro takes you to the historic center of Rome in 5 minutes.
