We loved the location, it’s a short walk to the beach (although it can be a bit steep on the path). It’s step free if you have a buggy, but be prepared to push uphill on way back from the beach! We also thought this was the best beach for the local area. Sandy and clean. I personally loved the bedsheets: soft, light and such comfy beds and pillows. We could sit outside in the evening and eat as a family - the property is well equipped for cooking and dining together. It’s so quiet at night and it felt very safe. If the kids had been older I’d have been very comfortable for them to walk unaccompanied to the beach (our are just too young at under 12). Easy parking and if you’ve been to the beach, you can come in to the property via the upstairs garden and use the outdoor shower. Hosts were wonderful.

The house was really well equiped and cozy. The owners were also really nice and helpful. Additionally the garden was one the nicest in the neighberhood. Generally Casa Sole is a really good choice that I can truły recommend.

The place is so unique and home in so many ways. We felt comfortable right away. You can see a lot of love in this place as the hosts are such lovely people. I liked that there was access and a patio in the front and the back. It is a 5 min walk to the first beach di Is Traias and about 15min to di Simius. Simius I liked better but I would walk across the beach to Timi Ama which was my favorite because of the option to sit amongst the rocks or lay on the beach. The water there is very shallow and there is a nice beach bar called the Delfino. The walk itself from the apartment to Timi Ama was only about 30min but worth it! At night in the upstairs bedroom, you can hear the waves crashing on the shore, a nice way to fall asleep. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the utensils you need. There is a coffee maker, washer, microwave, and many pots and pans. The gas stove works very well and the fridge is super clean. We would definitely come again.

Die Lage nur wenige Schritte vom wunderschönen Strand entfernt war ideal. Das Haus liebevoll gestaltet und praktisch ausgestattet. Der Ort Villasimius mit dem Auto nur ein paar Minuten entfernt. Wir haben  Den Urlaub sehr genossen! Und Bedanken uns bei den Gastgebern für den tollen Aufenthalt.

C’est une très belle maison située à quelques minutes à pied de la première plage! Très calme et bien situé sur les hauteurs. La terrasse principale est très jolie avec un coin de vue sur la mer. La deuxième terrasse permet à toute la famille de se trouver un coin privé! Idéal pour les familles avec des adolescents comme nous! Paola et Mario sont extraordinaires et d’une gentillesse et serviabilité hors du commun, un immense merci à eux pour tous les bons conseils de restaurants et d’activités!

Wunderschönes Haus in toller Lage. Die Ausstattung ist top und es fehlt an nichts. Die Klimaanlage war goldwert und die Terasse sehr gemütlich. Der nahegelegene Strand war sehr schön, sauber und perfekt geeignet mot Kleinkind. Die Vermieter waren sehr lieb und für jede Frage sofort verfügbar und erreichbar. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und kommen sicher wieder. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in Villasimius!

Skvělá lokalita, čisté a udržované okolí. Útulné ubytování s domácí atmosférou, velmi dobře vybavené (kuchyně, čisticí prostředky, pračka, venkovní sprcha a gril, klimatizace), čisté, vhodné pro rodinu s dětmi (k zapůjčení hračky a vybavení na pláž), milí a vstřícní majitelé. Mimo hlavní sezónu přijatelné ceny v obchodech i restauracích. Kousek od pláže a od centra města. Nejhezčí destinace na Sardinii.

They place was wonderful. The hosts met us at the property and made sure we secured parking and the keys to the home. There were 4 of us and we were very comfortable. The AC was a lifesaver.
