Casa San Michele is an early 20th century house in Montaldeo, in the province of Alessandria, which has been renovated and converted into a panoramic guesthouse. The guesthouse includes a small spa created from the old cellar, and is made panoramic by the glazed bathrooms overlooking the wooded hills. During their stay, guests come into contact with local gastronomic and craft products, with attention to eco-sustainable choices. The structure is also dedicated to artistic and musical activities, and can host workshops, retreats, exhibitions and much more.
Casa San Michele was created as a residence for musicians and artists, also open to tourism. Giulia, the project's founder, is a musician and decided to create a place where creativity and relaxation meet in synergy. Designed together with the best professionals, Casa San Michele can be understood as a meeting and exchange point or, on the contrary, as a bubble where you can isolate yourself and immerse yourself in nature. Destroyed by a fire in 2018, it has risen from the ashes even more beautiful and efficient than before.
Alto Monferrato: hills of nature and history. The surroundings of Montaldeo are characterised by woods, vineyards and ancient medieval villages. The main activities are sporting (mountain biking, nature parks, walks, visits to historical sites) or food and wine (tasting of wine and local products). The possibilities are endless in both variety and price range: from a rural experience to a winery with a luxury villa.
