In Valpolicella, in the center of San Floriano, there is this small apartment furnished with simple and functional furniture. The apartment is on the second floor of a building located in a very quiet but central area. It has a large living room/kitchen with sofa bed and large window overlooking the surrounding hills, a double bedroom, a single bedroom and a bathroom with a washing machine and a dryer. San Floriano is located a few kilometers away from Verona and the main highway exits, in a strategic position for a food and wine or cultural holiday. The house is equipped with TV and Wi-Fi, towels and sheets are provided included in the price. Drinks, food and no consumables products (soaps, shampoos, etc.) are not provided. Check-in is from 16.00 pm to 20.00 pm. For late check-in a fee of 30.00 Euros is required, to be paid on arrival. Check-out is before 10:00 am. Early check-ins or late check-outs can only be confirmed the day before. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED
