Independent apartment for rent on 4 levels for 8/9 beds in Villetta Barrea (AQ). weekend - week - month - private closed parking - n. 2 bicycles. Ground floor: Living room, kitchen, fireplace. Spiral staircase continues leading to 1st floor with sitting room - bedroom with window - bathroom / tub / shower, continues with a spiral staircase leading to the 2nd floor with sitting room - bedroom with window - bedroom with 2 bunk beds - bathroom / shower. It continues with a spiral staircase that leads to the attic with 1/3 beds with a small terrace. The following are available: external oven (new), crockery - plates - cutlery - fridge / freezer - TV with decoder in the living room (Rai channels) - 1 bedroom floor with bathroom. Washing machine, n. 2 hairdryers, bicycles and then lots of nature. Chimney. The house is located in an enchanting place overlooking the windows and a small terrace on the Sangro river, with vegetation and clean air. Guests will remember the air you breathe and walks in the greenery, on the lake and on the river bed that reaches Lake Barrea. Being a tourist accommodation facility for short and occasional rentals, sheets, pillowcases and towels are not available.
