Many comforts are available such as washing machine, full kitchen, Nespresso coffee machine, Wi-Fi internet, Smart Fire TV and much more. We wish you a good stay in this unique and relaxing space, don't hesitate to ask us anything!

Genova Quinto is an exclusive neighborhood with many restaurants, bars and public spaces in beautiful seaside locations. The delicious Genoese focaccia and ice cream await You just a few steps from home, like many other Ligurian and Italian specialties. At 100 meters from the house there is a typical Ligurian pier and a small beach, a larger beach at 1 minute on foot and yet another at 2 minutes. Genova Nervi with the small port and the Parks and Museums area can be easily reached on foot in a few minutes, the center of Genoa in 15 minutes by bus or train from the nearby Genova Quinto railway station which is connected to the main attractions of the area.
