The Boudoir degli Orti was born in the heart of the ancient district of the Borgata, one of the districts that preserves the identity of Syracuse and still preserves its scents. Recently renovated, the original decorations integrate perfectly with the new plasters and the typical stone of the accommodation. The final result is that of a house that crosses time, in a continuous dialogue between present and past, tradition and contemporary comfort. The apartment, located on the first floor of an ancient building, of about 50 square meters, combines the unique atmosphere of traditional houses with all modern comforts; inside you will find unique and high quality furnishings. The accommodation consists of two distinctly distinct rooms: a living area and a sleeping area, fully equipped and equipped with all the necessary appliances. At the entrance of the apartment you will find a small and delightful veranda equipped with a bistro table and chairs that will allow you to relax in the best possible way. To access the accommodation it will be necessary to take a small and unique flight of stairs, at the end of which, through a path, you will enter directly into the structure. No lift.

The apartment is 800 meters from the island of Ortigia and its most important monuments. One of the main advantages is its semi-central position which gives the possibility, in most cases, to find public parking on the side of the road where the accommodation for guests with cars is located, and to reach the pedestrian area of ​​Ortigia on foot in about 10 minutes without worrying about finding a parking space. We remind you that the island of Ortigia is a pedestrian area and does not allow access to any type of vehicle or motor vehicle. Nearby you will find supermarkets, tobacconists and a pharmacy.
