Company information

We are Sara, Alessandro, Valentina, Silvia, Jacopo and Laura. We have all worked for many years in different tourism tasks but in the end we recognized ourselves more in this type of hospitality, because it offers a different autonomy and independence than the hotel, which has taught us a lot, but which probably little resembles us. For some years we have been managing more than 60 apartments located throughout Italy and mainly in Lombardy, as well as 2 residences in Rho and from 2019 we are managing 2 apartment complex in the Costa del Sol. Renting a house instead of a room gives us the opportunity to establish a more familiar relationship with our guests. Through their needs, we understand their habits and what makes them feel good.

Property information

Overlooking Monate Lake with its private beach, Villa Evelina is an old-fashioned house where history meets unforgettable sunsets and the surrounding nature. The park that welcomes it with centuries-old trees and flowering plants makes this villa perfect even in the warmer months, creating different shaded areas where you can relax with family or friends. An enchanting arbor surrounded by wisteria plants is the ideal place to admire the surrounding landscape and the pedal boat nicknamed by the owners "Gigio" will accompany you to discover the lake. Inside the villa, which can accommodate up to 10 people, the spaces are large and well arranged; on the ground floor there are the kitchen, the dining room overlooking the terrace and the park, a piano and a second living room for after dinner, as well as a guest bathroom. On the upper floors, however, there are the 5 bedrooms overlooking the lake and the 4 bathrooms with showers that have been recently renovated. The villa is always very cool and there are also splits for air conditioning. Free wifi and parking within the property available. The beach is private and reserved for the villa guests

Neighbourhood information

Monate Lake is suitable for swimming; in 10 minutes by car you can reach Maggiore Lake, Ispra and Ranco where it is possible to take beautiful walks, swim and enjoy excellent happy hour or dinner facing the lake. The center of Travedona is about 1 km far away and you can find everything you need such as a bar, a baker, a small grocery store and a couple of restaurants. The nearest big supermarket is about 2 km away.
