Wonderful apartment in the heart of Lavagna. Just restored, a stone's throw from the historic center, the train station and the beaches. The apartment is located on the fourth floor of a historic building and enjoys a view of the main square of the city, with a glimpse of the sea. Excellent solution for easy access to the beaches, for a trip to the Cinque Terre or for a boat tour. The apartment is located on the fourth floor, from which it enjoys a broad view of the main square of Lavagna. It is divided into these spaces: ENTRANCE: large, includes the living room with sofa bed, television and dining table. This environment is air-conditioned. BEDROOM 1: double bedroom with wardrobe ROOM 2: room with single/double bed and a desk that can be used as a workstation PANTRY: contains a large shelf, coat rack and shoe rack KITCHEN: equipped with everything necessary for cooking meals and equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine BATHROOM: very bright, it is equipped with a shower, bidet and hairdryer PLEASE NOTE: the apartment is reached via a staircase and is located on the FOURTH floor. There is NO dedicated parking, but it is possible to unload the luggage directly in front of the door. Nearby there are numerous free or paid parking lots. If necessary, self check-in is possible. The apartment is located in the center and with a pleasant walk it is possible to reach typical restaurants, supermarkets and the railway station. Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (Presidential Decree 04/16/2013 n.74). In summer the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings. In winter, the weighted average air temperature should not exceed 20°C N.B. completing the registration and providing the documents is MANDATORY in order to receive the instructions and access the apartment. The tourist tax is INCLUDED in the apartment fee.
The apartment is located near the main square of Lavagna. Nearby there are numerous restaurants, supermarkets and the train station. With a 5 minute walk you can reach the beaches.
