The bus stop is only a 1-minute walk away, from where you can quickly reach the old town with the boat dock or the train station with connections to Venice, Verona and Milan in just over an hour's drive! The apartment has been renovated and refurbished with great attention to detail and has a double room with wardrobe, air conditioning, TV, window that can be darkened and a comfortable double bed. Via the hallway you reach the bathroom with shower, toilet / bidet and hair dryer. Living and dining area with fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, stove, oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and all kinds of equipment for preparing delicious meals. From the dining table you can enjoy the view of the garden of the complex and the balcony of the apartment. A very comfortable double sofa bed with a high-quality structure and latex mattress can be quickly opened and closed to be used as a bed. The living room is also air-conditioned.
