My one bedroom, sunny sea view apartment has 1 large, airy bedroom with a comfy queen sized bed, private bathroom with shower, a kitchen/living area with a washer, and sea view terrace. There is a full sized sofa bed, which means the apartment can hold 4 people. We also have air conditioning, which is rare in private homes! Please note that there are 150 stairs to get to my apartment, so it is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. The apartment is located in the new town, Fegina, up 150 stairs - the terrace has a great view, and it's quiet, lovely place to relax. It’s about 8/10 minutes from the train station, 6/7 minutes to the beach or the Levanto hiking trail, 12/15 to the old town center. Italian law requires me to ask for your passport information- full legal name, date of birth, passport number, place of birth and place of passport issue, place of residence. This is italian law that i register you with the local police as guests, and i must do this as I am a legally registered rental room, the name of the company is LA CASA DI CHRISTINE CAV di DE FINA MARIA
I am a local of Monterosso, Cinque Terre, and am happy to share my little part of paradise with my guests. I love to travel, hike, kayak and explore, and am happy to answer any questions that you might have! I live just down the street (2 mins) and am always available to help. The self check in is very easy, I will provide you with detailed instructions on how to get in to the apartment and the lockbox. If you send me your documents in advance to be legally registered, you can check-in anytime you want after 3pm. Otherwise, I do need to meet you before 8pm. Check out is also really easy, just leave the keys back in the lockbox anytime before 10am.
We are in Fegina, the new town, in a residential area where mostly locals live. We are only 7 minutes from the Stella Marina beach (more coming up since you have to go up the stairs), 8/10 mins form the train station, and also only a few minutes from the best restaurants in the Cinque Terre- La Cantina di Miky, Ristorante Miky, and fun beach bars. I used to live in this apartment and thought it was a perfect place to call home. It's quiet (not like the Old Town which can get loud), the only noise is really an occasional frog or rooster. We are located "above" the train but far enough that the noise doesn't bother our guests - we replaced the windows just last year.
