Recently renovated, the third category guest house, Guest House Martin is located in Northern Rome in the heart of the Flaminio district, renowned for its cultural centres, museums and theatres, for its proximity to the center of Rome and for its rich and lively nightlife. Having everything you need for a stay away from home, the structure is perfectly suited to couples and families, and to both short and long stays. The reception is not open 24 hours a day, but the team will always be available via telephone for the duration of your stay.

The Flaminio area has earned a reputation as the heart of contemporary art and architecture. Over the last decade, the neighborhood's grassy knolls have seen the rise of various cultural centers: extraordinary architectural feats such as the beautiful Ponte della Musica, the sinuous MAXXI contemporary art museum and the futuristic Parco della Musica, a musical complex where international names perform. The Flaminio district also bears traces of the 1960 Olympic Games with the Sports Hall and the Olympic Village, now transformed into residential accommodation.
