Domus Nova is an ancient patrician palace that makes up the frame of Piazza dei Signori, exactly in front of the Palace of Justice. During the Visconti domination, this building was the residence and office of the podestà, as well as being used as the residence of judges. It is connected through an arch to Piazza Erbe, to the Palazzo della Ragione on top of which the statue of Enrico Noris is exhibited. The Palazzo Domus Nova houses three rooms for rent as a tourist location, with a splendid view of the statue of Dante, positioned in the center of the square. Rooms preserved in ancient style with precious details inside and historical hints. It should be noted that the structure is located in or near a restricted traffic area and it will not be possible to access it because the structure does not have a Limited Traffic Zone access. Descriptions and rules: It is mandatory to complete the fast check-in via email to receive the information to access the accommodation. You will be asked to enter your personal data and sign the mandatory contract with the online facility. In the contract it will be explicit that it is mandatory to deposit the deposit requested by credit card in security form, as a guarantee for any damages. We are located in Piazza dei Signori, connected by the passage under the arch to Piazza delle Erbe, Piazza del Capitano and in the heart of the historic center of Verona. From our structure, all the most important attractions of Verona are easily reachable on foot: historical places, places of worship and entertainment. The property is located in a central pedestrian area, in one of the most visited squares in Verona and depending on events or holidays there may be noise until midnight. After midnight it is the responsibility of the local authorities to regulate the silence.
