I'm happy you are reading this. Please read it all before to book my place! First of all i want to specify that I have two double bedrooms and a shared bathroom. This means that if you are a family or a group of three / four / six people and you book both the rooms, you will share the same bathroom. But, If you are a single person or a couple and you book only one room, I will automatically block the second room reservation and you will not share the bathroom with strangers. Second important thing: I need you to tell me what time you are going to arrive here so that I can plan my day to welcome you. Breakfast is served with handmade and local organic food, and You will have a proper italian, healthy and very good breakfast. This is a REAL Bed & Breakfast, this means that you'll be my guests in the house I live in. This means also that you are going to experience what hospitality is. If you need to rent an entire apartment being alone in it, or if you expect to find here a standard hotel, well, probably this in not the right place for you! The house that hosts you is a rural building built in 1922, it is one of the oldest houses around here. I restored it with my hands trying to respect its essence, using materials and construction methods that are as consistent as possible. This place represents a turning point for my life. For more than twenty years I have been an advertising photographer, I traveled a lot around the world, I lived in different cities. In 2017 I bought this house. It wasn’t as you see it today, but a semi-abandoned ruin. With my strength and the help of friends and loved ones, I restored it, trying to respect it. I loved every stone and every piece of wood. Here you will be welcomed by the warmth of wood, stone and terracotta. In winter you will also find the warmth of the fireplace and stoves (as well as a modern environmentally friendly heating). Your breakfast will be made with local products at zero km. In every detail you will appreciate the great attention to our well-being and the respect to the land that surrounds us. Whether you are passing through for work, or planning to stop for tourism, I will do my best to offer you a pleasant stay and I'll try to give you an occasion to appreciate our territory.
