Bright, functionally furnished apartment for travelers from all over the world. It is located on the ninth floor (served by a lift) of a skyscraper and boasts an enchanting view of the wonderful city of Verona. Located in a central and strategic position a few steps from the "Verona Porta Nuova" station (650 m), in the immediate vicinity of the Fair (2 km) and the renowned Arena di Verona (850 m). A strategic position whether you are in Verona for business or pure leisure! By accessing the living area you will find a sofa bed with a queen-size mattress, a 4k ultra HD 43” TV (Netflix and Amazon Prime) and a dining table that can also be used for Smart Working. Next to it you will find an open-space kitchen equipped with induction hob, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave oven, coffee machine with capsules available, toaster and kettle with assorted teas. The Master Suite offers a Queen Size double bed with hypoallergenic memory foam mattress, a wardrobe to hold all your personal belongings, a chest of drawers and a 32” 4k ultra HD TV (Netflix and Amazon Prime). The bathroom is equipped with a shower (served by a modern and ecological 50-litre water heater), complete bathroom fixtures, a washing machine (detergent capsule included) and a hairdryer. In addition to towels of various sizes, you will find a free MADE IN ITALY Welcome Kit, 100% COTTON sheets, duvet and everything you need to make your stay perfect. The whole apartment is covered by a super fast Wi-Fi connection.

Located in a central and strategic position a few steps from the "Verona Porta Nuova" station (650 m) and in the immediate vicinity of the Fair (2 km) and the renowned Arena di Verona (1 km). At the foot of the skyscraper there are two bus stops, allowing you to move easily around the city. There are also two car parks at 250 m ("east station", "west station") with a daily rate of 7 euros and a free car park at 750 m (Porta Palio). In the surroundings there are various restaurants, bars, a pharmacy, a supermarket ( 8 minutes away on foot) and several ATM withdrawal points. Thanks to the central location of the apartment, it is possible to move easily on foot. If you want to take advantage of urban transport, near the apartment there are two bus stops with multiple lines available to reach the historic center.
