Property information

The accomodation facilities consists of three new and elegantly furnished (double) rooms. Each rooms has a private bathroom with shower, hair dryer, flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi Internet, air conditioning, safe, frigde and tea and coffee making facilities. On request, advance booking, we can add a bed or a cot. The room will be cleaned daily and sheets and bath towels will be changed every three. On request and with a small additional cost, we can change sheets and towel every day. Breakfast is not included in the daily rate of the room, but our guests will find our welcome gift which includes tea and coffee, a selection of jams, biscuits, plumcakes and snacks.

Neighbourhood information

We are located 150 meters from the Central Railway Station of La Spezia from which you can easily reach the most important tourist destinations of Liguria and Tuscany : Cinque Terre in less than 10 minutes Santa Margherita Ligure and Portofino in 40 minutes Genoa and Pisa in about one hour Florence in about two hours With a walk of about 500 meters, most of which in a pedestrian area, you get to the ferries thanks to which you can reach Portovenere, Lerici, Cinque Terre, Levanto and Portofino. Finally, with a short walk, you will reach the pedestrian area of La Spezia with many shops, bars, restaurants and museums: the Naval Museum, the Amedeo Lia Museum, Museo del Sigillo and CAMeC an exposition dedicated to modern and contemporary art.
