LG Apartment Livigno Located in Livigno's Teola area, the LG Apartment offers ski slope access via a free shuttle right in front of the house. Enjoy unique views of the mountains and Livigno Valley. The recently renovated apartment, situated on the first floor of a multi-family house, offers 60 m² of bright, spacious interior. It features a private terrace (30 m²) and a balcony (6 m²). Modern with an alpine character, the apartment is well-stocked and equipped with all conveniences. It accommodates up to 5 guests with 4 beds (2 bedrooms, 1 sofa bed), 1 bathroom, sheets, towels, flat-screen satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. Free parking is available on the property, including 1 private parking space. A ski room is available for rent in the condominium (5 EUR/day for all guests). *** WE DON'T OFFER FREE SKIPASS ***
We owners do not live in Livigno and you reached by e-mail or mobile in case of need or to guide you and provide you with information about your vacation. Our wonderful neighbors living on site (apartment above ours) take care of the management and cleaning and are available in case of need. Contact them for the rental of the ski room. You will also find all the information and details you need for your stay in the guest handbook which can be consulted in the apartment.
The apartment is located in the Teola area, which offers a unique view of the valley and the mountains and numerous services nearby. It is the ideal area for various activities, including skiing, hiking and cycling and makes the apartment suitable for all types of holidays in any season. In Livigno public buses are free of charge. The bus stop is directly in front of the house. The buses take you to the city, to all the skilifts and to all the major points of interest. Furthermore, a few steps from the house, along the road to the town, there is the Teola mini-market, where you can find a little bit of everything (food, hygiene products and housewares).
