Property info

OLD VILLAGE is a studio apartment located in the traffic-limited area of Ponte di Legno center just a quick walk away from the main square, where you will enjoy events and shopping. Well suited to go skiing, hike trails in the forest,and many mountain sports. At the apartment you will find a well-equipped separated kitchen, one single bed, two folding bunk beds, and a bathroom with a shower. Heating and hot water systems are electricity powered and independantly managed from the rest of the building. Bed linen are included for the first 7 nights, bath towels only for the first 4 nights. Bed linen and towels are included only for at least 4-night-long stays. Included cleaning after check-out is only for a hygiene-based service. Extra or specific cleaning service before/at check-in, during your stay or after check-out is available on request, and subject to availability of a partner firm. Same for extra bed linen and towels. Soap, shampoo and other cleaning liquids are not provided. Billed expenses are charged on top for longer stays only, usually for 10+ night: please ask before confirming your reservation. This is a tourist-only apartment, for any other purpose please ask before confirming. Guest personal information is to be notified by law to the State Police Office of Brescia Province.
