The apartment was completely renovated in June 2014. It has all the necessary comforts. The interior walls are original frescoes of the 1600 and it is in a fantastic position in the exclusive area of the historic city center. Monuments and museums can be reached in a maximum 10 minutes. Guests have access to the entire apartment and all the services. The kitchen is designed for every kind of need: breakfast and cooking with a microwave oven, induction hob, fridge and freezer, coffee tea, toaster, coffee machine American and Italian, pots, plates, cutlery, glasses, etc. The apartment is equipped with super Wifi internet; "Daikin" air conditioning, Heating; Windows with soundproofing system. Mattresses and pillows are in memory and products manufactured in Colle Val d'Elsa (Tuscany) If you want you can do an early check-in from 10.00 am where you can leave your luggage in the apartment and, once the operation of the house is explained, you can take your keys and visit the city. At 2.00 pm the apartment will be OK. - VERY IMPORTANT: Please let me know the arrival time for check-in and the arrangement of the beds in the two rooms.
My name is Lorenzo, we do this job with all the love, desire, heart and passion possible. The arrival in the apartment will be allowed from 10:00 to carry out (only) the luggage storage, waiting for the apartment to be prepared and ready for you which will be for the hours of check-in. Upon your arrival I will give you the keys of the apartment, the code of the safe, maps of Florence and Tuscany, maps of shops, restaurants, museums and monuments, launderette and laundry shop, garbage cans, all the emergency numbers and places, (including my emergency night phone number), etc ... During your vacation I will be there for any assistance you may need. On the day of your departure I will be there to greet you, make Taxi reservations and help you transport your suitcases to the door in the street. It will be possible I am honored to meet you Lorenzo
The apartment is located in the heart of Florence in a building dating back to 1500 and 1600. It is located in the square of the Loggia del Porcellino (popular name) which is actually called the Loggia del Mercato Nuovo. The apartment is only a few minutes walk from the main museums, squares, structures and works of art. An example = When leaving the building door: - on the left after 30 meters you will find yourself in Piazza Signoria where the Uffizi Museum and Palazzo Vecchio are located, if you continue for 70 meters you will find yourself crossing Ponte Vecchio. - on the right you will find yourself on the path that will lead you to the Duomo which you can reach in 3 minutes on foot
