Forteguerriana Apartments are two residential units on the first and third floors with lift in a 14th century noble building, completely renovated and furnished in a modern style, equipped with every service and comfort. Our apartments are equipped with TIM fiber wi-fi, LED TV, air conditioning, kitchenette with oven, fridge, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster and hairdryer, kettle, microwave oven, linen set for each guest and complimentary welcome. A covered parking space and a garage owned by us are available to our customers, not subject to availability, in a room closed by an automatic gate, not far from the structure; parking is free. You can arrive at the facility (restricted traffic zone) by communicating your vehicle's license plate number in advance. For each apartment, based on the number of guests, we will provide all the linen necessary for the stay, i.e. towels, towels and sheets. Your 4-legged loves are welcome in our apartments.
I decided to undertake this activity because I am convinced that your stay in Pistoia will certainly be pleasant and relaxing. You will be able to admire the artistic and landscape beauties of the city of Pistoia and you will find its position very strategic for visiting the neighboring places in Tuscany such as Florence, Pisa, Lucca, the coast on the Tyrrhenian Sea and the Apennine mountains. During your stay I will not disturb you but, if you need it, I will be happy to respond to your every need. The most important thing is to make you feel as at home as possible. In addition to the quality of the accommodation we offer, I am very attentive to cleanliness, for which I am truly very scrupulous. In fact, between a departure and the next arrival, the apartments are left at our disposal for at least one day, so that we can carry out cleaning, sanitization and changing all the linen as best as possible.
Make an intelligent choice, stay in Pistoia to quickly reach many places in Tuscany, comfortably by train or by car thanks to the many communication routes. Pistoia will give you tranquility and a family environment, where you can also relax and enjoy the artistic wonders of the city, without giving up services. The location of the Forteguerriana apartments is one of the best features that you will immediately realize upon your arrival; in addition to being truly 80 meters from Piazza Duomo and the real center of tourist attraction, it is at the same time surprisingly peaceful, two characteristics that are difficult to find together. The convenience of having car parking available and the presence of a lift in the building will make your stay comfortable and worry-free. You may decide to use Pistoia as a strategic base for visiting other places in Tuscany; you will appreciate not only the location but above all the possibility of experiencing the center in the evening, also ideal for families with children.
