You can rent bikes 5 minutes walk from the flat and ride by cycle track to S.Pietro or to Isola Tiberina. By foot you can arrive to Maxxi Museo, Auditorium, Olimpic Stadio and Tennis Stadio. The flat has got Air conditioning in every room a flat Wi-Fi internet connection, 1 TV sets with both digital and satellite channels. My name is Elisabetta, I'm 47 and I have 3 sons. I'm an architect and I restructured the apartment in 2012 to make it welcoming for the guests. My sister Agnese is 44, she has 1 daugther and she is a Biologist. We started this business that amuses us and gives us great satisfaction. We try as much as possible to put at ease our guests hoping that they can feel at home.

The Flaminio neighbourhood is situated in the northern part of the town, next to the Aurelian walls, in-between the left side of the Flaminia road and the Tiber. In these last years it has become a sort of cultural incubator, tank to the numerous museums (Maxxi, National Gallery of Modern Arts, GNA;), theatres (Olimpico) and multifunctional centres (such as the Auditorium). It is considered as one of the most elegant and intellectual areas of the town.
