My house was renovated in 2017 but the building is still to be restored. The rooms are very spacious and quiet. Each room has its own bathroom. The rooms all have a table to use the PC and there is free WiFi. The kitchen is shared but can accommodate six people sitting at the table. The house is not on the sea but it is unique for all the comforts it offers within 270 meters you have everything available: Eurospin supermarket open until 22, IN's supermarket, pharmacy, bank and ATM Mc Donald, food with typical products of the area, bar Restaurant fish and meat, pizzeria etc. Everything at your fingertips and within walking distance. The house is in an enviable position also for transport: the train station "Villa Claudia" is only 600 meters away and you can go to the beach in a few minutes or in Rome in 50 minutes. The bus stops 30 meters from the house and leads to the sea in a few minutes. The rooms are large and very quiet.

I work in the real estate sector both in Italy and in Florida. I really like traveling the world and meeting people. When I move for my travels I never go to the hotel but I always rent a private room, I find myself much better. I like to host people in my house, everyone always has something to tell and the meeting of people from all over the world can new friendships are born new culture.
