My dad Örn, and I, Rósa along with my husband David, are running this guesthouse in Stykkishólmur called Höfði. It has been a dream of ours for the past 10 years to buy an old house in this beautiful fishing village that Stykkishólmur is and renew it. Then the tourist boom came in Iceland and we jumped on the opportunity to finally do it. We all love to travel and experience different cultures.

Property info

Our charming house on the top of the hill in Stykkisholmur. It is the best location in town for beautiful views in every direction. It's a short walk to the ferry called Baldur, which goes to the Westfjords. We're close to the public swimming pool and a grocery store. There are 6 bedrooms in the house. 2 shared bathrooms, an extra shower and a hot tub in the garden.

Neighborhood info

Great location in the middle of Stykkishólmur, on top of the hill with view in every direction. Short walk to everything: the harbor where the ferry Baldur goes to the Westfjords, the pool, grocery store. Beautiful village, with great bird and sea life.
