Kjartan D is a premium host and has a long history of welcoming guests to their temporary Icelandic homes. Birta Rentals is a family business established in 2013 and has been growing steadily since.

Property information

Our apartment is on the 2nd floor in apartment building, we have two bedrooms, Master bedroom has 2-3 single beds (90x200cm) , so no problem to have one King Size bed ( 180x200cm) or King Size bed and Single bed also. Second bedroom has Double bed (140x200cm). Bathroom has bathtub and shower. Kitchen is fully loaded with everything you need. In the living room we have nice dining/sitting area and TV with streaming services, Netflix etc. From the living room you can enter our balcony.

Neighbourhood information

The apartment is centrally located, 24/7 Grocery store Hagkaup is in walking distance, also Kringlan Shopping Mall and the centre of downtown Reykjavík is just a 15-20 minute stroll away. There is a bakery and a ice cream shop 200 meters away. There is a children playground in the area.
