Plan your stay here when the chaos of city life gets too much and you just want to get away to a serene spot with your near and dear ones! GUEST ACCESS:  Guests have access to the entire villa except for the first floor. The host is present at the property and is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. Food:- - Barbeque meals can be provided at an additional cost of Rs. 1300 per kg. For Veg and Non Veg. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: - Please note that the first floor is not accessible to the guests as the owner resides on the premises. - This property is suitable for guests who use wheelchairs. - Guests are requested to inform at least 2 days in advance regarding the meal package, given the location of the villa in a relatively secluded area. - Children must always be supervised, as the villa is close to the river. - 1st floor is non-operational and not accessible to the guests as it is the owner's private property. - A washing machine is available at the property. - Wi-Fi is not available, however, cellular networks such as Airtel/Vi work fairly well here.  - The road leading up to the villa is not concrete and has potholes owing to the unfavourable weather conditions. - Please note that the host resides on the premises of the property.
