In a tranquil oasis, away from the hustle bustle of city life, lies Nakul's Nook in the quiet and peaceful town of Varca, South Goa. Nestled among coconut trees, this lovely first floor apartment is equipped with all the comforts of a modern home and the amenities you will need to enjoy your stay. A great place to relax for families and groups of friends alike. We are located in phase 2 of the colony where the pool is still under construction, the pool in phase 1, is 100 mtrs away.
Hi I’m Nakul, I am a Army brat, raised all over India and abroad. My full time job is sailing as a Captain in the Merchant Navy and my part time job and passion is hosting guests at my Airbnb homes in Goa. I’m a car junkie, an off-Roading enthusiast and love all techie gadgets.
Aansav Verde is a Portuguese style colony with lots of large open green spaces, a swimming pool, coconut trees and views of lush paddy fields to one side. Located close to the Varca market and Varca church. The Varca market has a department store called Home Center which will have all your daily needs requirements, Royal Chicken shop for chicken, fresh eggs and bread, Pork, Beef, Chemist, Liquor shop and a Pet shop. Each home has an individual parking spot allocated, please park in designated the parking slots only, or else you may use the guest parking provided at entrance, near the security gate.
