During our recent stay at Prazeres Hotel in Panjim, we were blown away by the unparalleled hospitality and comfort provided by the hotel staff, particularly the owner and his team.
What truly stood out was the warm and welcoming atmosphere created by the owner made us feel right at home. His genuine politeness and friendliness made our stay truly memorable, and we felt like we were staying with family rather than in a hotel.
The amenities provided at the hotel were top-notch, with everything we needed conveniently available on level zero without any extra charges. From the washing machine and dryer to the microwave oven, the hotel left no stone unturned in ensuring our convenience and comfort.
The staff, led by the attentive and accommodating Mr. Dheeraj at the reception, went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met throughout our stay. Their friendly and helpful demeanor made us feel valued as guests, and we were truly impressed by their dedication to customer satisfaction.

Loved the location in the Portuguese area, we spent three full days exploring the immediate area and nearby - all on foot - except a trip to Old Goa by local bus. We had simple lunches, usually samosas (the best we have ever tasted) and chai with dinner at local Fontainhas restaurants including our hotel.

As a woman, I felt very uncomfortable and unsafe with the men they allow inside the hotel - just sitting around men sitting around lobby staring. Even at dinner at the hotel, we had the same experience - with extremely cheap men sitting around and just staring at women like we were there for their entertainment.
The hotel also lies about cab services for guests, insisting that you only use cab services run by thugs - stationed outside the premises. They charge extremely high rates and are complete bullies. All you need to do is walk up the street to the high way and you can take far more reasonable cabs/ taxis - but the hotel doesnt even infrom you about this. Shows how much they value their customers and a basic level of customer service. Pathetic customer service by double tree by Hilton Panaji. Do not waste your time at this hotel.

The antique houses of Portuguese Era the small lanes still narrow as of yesteryear, I have been to this area during Christmas season and I advise everyone to go there in the first week of Christmas between the 10th to the 15th you can have lovely memories and good pictures of lighting and decorations

The food was amazing.
The food was amazing. The weather, it’s raining season in July but then it got hot and sunny. However locals, especially male Indians are no open minded about other cultures like black Africans. It’s no a place for black and female travelling solo.
Elegant cool house in the heart of Panjim with an elegant warm host.
We loved our stay here. The house is beautifully designed and furnished with marble staircases, dark wood decor and furnishings and some gorgeous tiling. The host is ki d and considerate. We had a late flight out so she gave us a late checkout and - apart from wandering out for lunch (many places to choose from nearby) - we could think of nothing nicer to do than relax in this peaceful haven. An absolute treasure. Will come again when next in Goa.
Property is a lovely 24 room property with a private beach & a small swimming pool. The location is very calming. You get a feel of goa in true essence and feel cut off from the world while you immerse yourself there. If you wanna stay and relax in the pool and take early morning / late evening visits to the beach, this is your best value bet in Goa! The convenience of walking down to your room fully drenched and be able to relax after a nice shower is unmatchable.
I am glad I picked this hotel for our last day in Goa. Its is right in the center of Panjim and close to all the casino cruise ships, nice restaurants and picturesque roads.
If you want to visit old Goa and other tourist places then I recommend this hotel for its convenience and comfortable stay.
PS> You should visit Down The Road restaurant for a lovely dinner with live music and good ambience.
Vivanta by Taj, Panaji is what a standard is when you want to experience a home afar home. Mr Souja is the best person you can meet in Goa at Vivanta. He will guide you and help you during your stay in every way possible. Food is just great and buffet is splendid. Rooms are just comfy and might even lure you to stay more. Must stay once and you will love it.
An amazing place to meet new people and make friends. Had an absolute blast with all the people I got to meet here. Amazing place to stay and super clean rooms with an equally amazing goan breakfast that is served here. Do give this place a try when on a solo trip to Goa. Definitely coming back here on my next trip to Goa. Cheers!!

The hotel is near to the center of Goa or say just 5 to 10 minutes drive to Entertainments like Cadino, Beach or Panjim Bus stand and the availability of Taxi from the hotels is a convenience.
We would love to mention our support and care done by mr pritam (head of the team) and all staff members fiona, soumen, damo, atma and suresh was excellent. Their way of hospitality was praiseworthy and they helped us to visit different places in goa. thanks to them all and would love to visit again.

This is a great hotel in Donapaula, Goa! I enjoyed my clean room with smoothly working AC and fan, the tasty food for breakfast, the proximity to the ocean and the marvelous service that I experienced. And all of that for a very nice price-performance ratio. A clear recommendation from me!
I could check in at 2am. Mr John was entertained our late check in request. If you want to explore Panjhim then its a very good stay, near to the bus station, near to Fontainhas and pretty close to famous eateries in goa. Mr John and his son are very helpful.
Location was good. It is near Caculo Mall where rickshaws available to go anywhere easily. Staff was so helpful and smiling. Facilities were in good condition and clean. We would prefer exactly if we visit Old Goa again.
Lovely hotel situated in the heart of the heritage district. The rooms have spacious and luminous interiors, with high ceilings, multiple windows, and a charming balcony. The breakfast provided was excellent and diverse.
