Everything about the stay is great. Very clean rooms and a safe environment. The family running the homestay is really friendly and helpful. The breakfast costs are also very reasonable and the food is homemade and tasty too. We had a very good experience and I highly recommend this stay if you want a stay near to Mall Road.

The room was quite clean and spacious for a couple. The view from the room is good and you can experience the lake view and mountain view from your room and also from the balcony. The owners of the hotel is very good and they were very honest. They were always available on phone and ready to help for any needs. They talk very politely with the guests which is really a good thing. The caretaker was also also good and caring.

The host was very helpful and very kind. We were caught in trouble while we were in Nainital but the Host (Mia) went out of the way to help us out. She was very prompt and an absolutely amazing person. The caretaker is very kind and helpful too. Made us feel like home. I would definitely visit this place again if I visit Nanital again. Excellent homestay with excellent location located near mall road. Room has all the amenities including tv, extremely clean & comfortable with fantastic views. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly owner ,she makes our trip more interesting with her advices & tips about the places to explore there. The food served to us was very delicious. Would definately recommend this place to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality.

The hosts are simply exceptional. Neha and her parents are extremely thoughtful, considerate and caring. They, alongwith Shanti, have attended to our littlest of needs and ensured that we had the most comfortable stay in Nainital. The concern they have for the comfort and well-being of their guests is exemplary. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. It's the thoughtful sincerity which is abundantly evident in all their efforts- be it in serving delicious breakfast in our rooms to packing it at such early hour for our journey or helping us plan our daily trips or simply in just checking in after our well being. Wish I could elaborate more upon the numerous instances where they have gone far beyond hospitality but I am afraid that might be a callous invitation for others to exploit their kind nature! We are really glad and fortunate to have stayed here. Wish I could give them a higher rating than 10
