Very comfortable, fully furnished 1BHK apartment, located just 5 minutes walk from the famous Colva Beach. Ideal for families or groups of 2-3 people who are looking to spend quality time together in a relaxing beachside environment. In the complex, you will find a clean, well-maintained pool and gym with modern equipment. Within a 200m radius, you will find many provision stores, fresh vegetable & fruit shops, restaurants, nightclubs, car and bike rentals, and other activity providers.

The neighbors are mostly travelers and tourists like you. This 2BHK apartment is in a society where people use their homes mostly for renting out to tourists or their holiday homes.
