As the name says it all, this is a luxurious 2BHK apartment intended to provide the guests with higher-than-average level of comfort, quality and convenience. The entire apartment is air conditioned with split ACs in the bedrooms, living hall and the dining hall. A 60 inches LED smart tv and free high-speed Wi-Fi adds to the oomph factor!! It consists of carefully designed bedrooms with an outstandingly comfortable bed. Because let's face it, that's the most important thing! There are huge wardrobes and dressing tables with crystal clear mirrors in both the bedrooms. Both the bathrooms are fitted with big geysers for hot water facilities. Extra beds, linens and blankets are provided on request as well. The modular kitchen consists of all essentials like utensils, crockeries and equipment's like refrigerator, electric toaster, convention microwave, mixer grinder, electric chimney with motion sensor control features, water purifier, electric kettle etc. There is a fully automated washing machine in the house as well, so that you don’t have to worry about the laundry. There is an allotted parking area for this apartment to keep your vehicle parked hassle free. This apartment has high security and the access inside the building is only given to those with access card.
I am here to welcome you and have been loving it since 2019 when I first started. Apart from hosting, I am an International Trader too who loves traveling around the globe, meeting new people and exploring various cultures and experiences. Perhaps it is the same passion that spurred the idea of hosting guests and made me enter into the hospitality industry. I also love cooking, listening to soft jazz, deep house and go on trekking. I simply find solace in the lap of nature and I am always happy being surrounded by lush green landscapes. Love capturing moments and building new habits that adds on to the list of skills I owe.
The apartment is located in a close proximity to almost everything that you need on a regular basis like restaurants, hospitals, bus stand, auto stand, supermarkets, shopping street, launderette etc. all in a few radius of about 500 to 800 Mtrs. The International Airport is just about 11 Kms away and the State Bus Stand is only about 1 km away. Getting around is quite convenient and has several options like taxis, autos, buses etc.. If your driving your own vehicle, you have dedicated parking space within the building premises and also ample amount of parking spaces available just outside the building premises.
