The hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff at reception is very helpful and friendly. There's a big car parking near the hotel. The breakfast and the dinner are delicious! The room is quite spacious, the bed is very comfortable. There's a shuttle bus going to the beach every 20 minutes. There's a shop at the hotel with all necessary stuff. Wish I had a longer stay in this hotel.

It took us a while to look around. We got a beautiful room with a balcony and a sea view. Overall, I rate the stay in this hotel very positively. The only things they could change are the opening times of the pool and spa, including transport to and from the beach. I think they closed too early.

The decor of the rooms is sober, yet comforting. Great cosmetics. All the staff are very kind. Both dinner and breakfast offer a wide set of choices, all very tasty. Sea views are terrific, sunrise a dream. I didn’t use the pool area nor the spa, but seem to provide appropriate service too. very frequent shuttle to the beach saves a 10-minute walk.

The Dead Sea is full of life and magic. the perfect way to enter the new year. the staff was very helpful and kind (thanks Moshe) . the Spa is excellent, though the beach is little bit far wife loved the 4 degrees celsius tub after the dry sauna. the gym is fully equipped and over all it was relaxing and fun

the staffs were very helpful and kind, it was only 10min walking distance to the dead sea, and food was delicious. sauna and spa facilities were nice too. great price value. I highly recommend this place and would choose to stay here again if I go to dead sea again.

I was a little bit disappointed because my expectations from Last years were very big. We were here fourth times. The view was stunning but the cleaning was very disappointing . Maybe because of CoronaV that haven't give time to clean a big hotel like this. Viky from reception, was very helpful and kind. She tried for us to have a confortable, beautiful and enjoyable stay but were many tourists. She couldn't complete all the missings in the hotel (Cleaning, some things like sewing kit, reception guys, that seems have no experience. Few of them didn't know English. The food was excellent. They had parties every evening. 5***** for Viky, but 4**'** 4 the hotel.
