Our meticulously clean luxury guest house is a restored former livestock shelter over 100 years old, now magnificently presented and retains all the character of a traditional Irish farmhouse decorated in a contemporary style influenced by Karin’s Swedish heritage. Our discreet location is an intimate and private retreat and a perfect base for exploring the highlights of beautiful West Cork or stopover as you adventure along the stunning Wild Atlantic Way. We offer a cosy B&B accommodation within two snug double or twin ensuite rooms which have been curated with the comforts of a luxury hotel experience in mind. Guests can expect the highest quality of toiletries and towels, bathrobes, and the comfort of hotel beds and quality bedding for a the most peaceful night’s sleep. Our tea and coffee making facilities with fresh milk, free superfast wifi and HD televisions ensure you have everything you need to the most relaxing break. Relax and feel at home by the wood burner with a glass of wine and enjoy watching TV or play one of the games provided in our comfortable sitting room or enjoy the warmer weather outside in the landscaped gardens which feature fruit trees and a picnic table. For young children we are happy to provide a cot, highchair and can happily provide their preferred breakfast inclusive. Secure gated parking is available on-site.

Every morning our ambition is to serve the finest breakfast West Cork has to offer as a lasting memory. Stuart is a chef having worked in some of Stockholm’s finest hotels and is passionate about using the finest local produce to create the menu which includes his own homemade cultured butter, freshly baked breads and pastries, jams, granola and fruit compotes. Our menu offers a choice of four cooked dishes plus a selection of Irish, continental and Scandinavian options. All allergies and diets are taken care of with a bespoke menu to accommodate your personal requirements.
