Beautiful home with All three bedrooms ensuited while each room has a king size bed as well as being extremely quiet and spacous. Ideal for large groups and Families. Apartment is right on modern tram line which takes 15 mins to city centre and Temple bar area. Trams are regular between 2 and 5 mins. Temple bar and all other major attractions including Trinity College and Guinness store house 15 mins away on Tram. This is an excellent link to the city centre as its right beside apartment.

The neighbourhood has excellent security features and is very safe. The apartment is very close to local bars; shops; restaurants and large supermarkets. It has excellent tram links to the city centre and is very easily accessible from Dublin Airport. The neigbourhood is very friendly and is easily accessibe to the temple bar area; the Guinness Store House and Trinity College.
