The Property is located at the mountain end of the valley in the glen ,5 km from Glengarriff , surrounded by sheep and rugged countryside, It is a very private setting . There is space for barbecue / outdoor dining or just relaxing in the natural beauty of the surroundings . I myself reside downstairs in the house and the guests have the full use of the upstairs which incorporates 3 bedroom's and 3 bathrooms. Also the use of the kitchen and living space / garden . The accommodation is best suited for families and groups.
My name is Garaidh I enjoy being a host , I value the experience of my guests . I enjoy writing /philosophy, politics, world and local , culture and history / Mountaineering and general exercise / eating healthy . The neighborhood is very cosmopolitan , friendly. Glengarriff is based between the lovely towns of Bantry and Kenmare. There is a the sense of community and friendless and Ordinariness of the local people of Glengarriff . It is a place where there is no cost in being a neighbor , or striking up a conversation with a local character . Often there is music on hand in the blue loo bar ,and Bernard Harrington's . There are boats to garnish island where you can view the seals and natural beauty of the surroundings . The nature reserve at the outset of the glen , has a variety of walks in the meadow and mountain forest.
