The living areas in this three-floor property consist of a kitchen/diner, utility, sitting room with solid-fuel stove, snug/library room, and an external utility. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and a TV. The bedrooms consist of a double, a ground-floor double, and two family rooms located on the first and second floor, serviced by a ground-floor bathroom and first-floor cloakroom.
